Comrade Toaha Smriti Soudho is located near Hazirhat in Kamalnagar district of Lakshmipur. Kamalnagar In the past Kamalnagar was known as the southern region of Ramgatti. Comrade Mohammed Toaha was a language soldier and elected member of Ramgatti and Kamalnagar at that time. He has done many welfare works for the people of that region.
