DC Park located in Pirojpur district headquarters is a traditional place of Pirojpur. Namazpur village. Built on the banks of Baleshwar river, one can enjoy the beautiful scenery from the watch tower of this park. D. C. The park is also known as Pirojpur River View Echo Park to local people. Former Deputy Commissioner of Pirojpur district Mr. Md. Manchur Raja Chowdhury took the initiative of setting up a park in 2007 for the entertainment of local people. Since then, the designated area for the park has become known as DC Park.
One of the attractions of DC Park or Pirojpur Beaver View Eco Park is the road built along the river and the watch tower with a height of five floors. From this watch tower one can enjoy the mesmerizing view of the surroundings. DC Park also has coffee houses, fountains, beautiful lakes and two wooden bridges. And there is a system of pedal boats floating in the water of the lake. School gardens, swings, benches and round umbrellas have been created in DC Park to attract visitors and beautify the park. Besides, there are two cottages in the park. Each of these cottages has 2 bed rooms, 1 drawing room and 1 kitchen.

How to go
Pirojpur can easily be reached by road and sea from Dhaka. From Gabtali and Syedabad bus terminals in Dhaka, buses of various transport ply regularly morning and night on the route to Pirojpur. Sakura Paribahan and Eagle Paribahan buses leave for Pirojpur every morning and night from Gabtali. And several buses including Dola Paribahan, Hamim Paribahan and Banful Paribahan ply from Dhaka to Pirojpur from Sayedabad bus stand.
There is also an opportunity to go to Pirojpur by river route. The launch Rajdoot/Parabat departs from the Sadarghat riverside in the capital Dhaka at 7pm daily and the steamer Ostrich departs from Sadarghat for Pirojpur at 9pm.
