The Sholoani project is currently known as Sholoani Saikat on the banks of the Meghna river in Ghazaria police station of Munshiganj district, about 50 km from Dhaka. This place was earlier known as Daulatpur. The construction of dams on the banks of Meghna river with CC blocks to prevent river erosion adds to the beauty of this place and attracts nature lovers. Due to its short distance from Dhaka, this place has gained a lot of popularity among bikers in a very short time.

How to go
If you want to go to Sholani Beach, go to Ghazaria Paribahan, Daudkandi or Gouripur from Gulistan in the capital Dhaka.
BRTC bus should come at Bhavarchar bus stand. From Bhaberchar bus stand, take CNG and get off at Rasulpur first
